Standard MWH Smoothie

This is my standard smoothie recipe I like to make post run. With 276 calories, 26.4 grams of carbs, 9.6 grams of fat, 14.3 grams of fiber and 31.4 grams of protein consider this your perfect recovery formula.

Ingredients:
Yields: Smoothie for 1

½ frozen banana

2 c fresh spinach

1 c unsweetened almond milk

½ c water

1 scoop hemp protein powder or unsweetened powder of choice (I use Nutivia)

1 scoop collagen

1 scoop L-glutamine

6 drops liquid stevia

1 tbsp flax

Generous dash of cinnamon

1 grind pink himalayan sea salt

Ice (optional)

Garnish: 1 tbsp cocoa nibs (optional)


Directions:

Add all ingredients together and blend. Pour smoothie into your beverage vessel of choice and sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
